5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with games room is situated in
the prestigious resort style community of Hampton Lakes. Located
in immaculately
landscaped grounds on Highway 27 just 4 miles from junction
55 on Interstate 4, this villa is only 15 minutes drive from
Disney World – featuring Animal Kingdom, Epcot, MGM and
Magic Kingdom. Universal Studios with Islands of Adventure
and most of Orlando’s other attractions such as Wet & wild
and Sea World are just 30 minutes drive away.

There are numerous restaurants
and golf courses within a short drive of the villa and a day
at the beach is just a little over an hour away. Fully
air conditioned throughout, the villa is tastefully decorated
and furnished in soft relaxing colours. Safety features include
security alarm system, smoke detectors throughout, emergency
lighting and pool safety alarms fitted to patio doors and all
windows leading to patio area. The villa is positioned opposite
the communal facilities, which are free for use by guests.
You can enjoy tennis,basketball,volleyball,a children’s
play area and a large outdoor pool.

Family Room - The large family
room overlooks the pool and offers cable TV, playstation,a
VCR and a collection of children’s videos.

Kitchen - Fully fitted with all
the necessary glassware, cutlery, cookware and electrical
appliances, oven, hob, microwave,dishwasher,waste
disposal,fridge freezer with icemaker. A separate
breakfast nook overlooks the pool. The laundry room
provides washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing
board.

Lounge and Dining Area. Enjoy
a quiet read in this tastefully decorated lounge,
or an elegant meal at the large formal dining table.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms - The spacious
master suite has a queen size bed. The en-suite bathroom
has a walk in shower, corner marble tub and two marble
vanities. The guest room has a double bed and en-suite
bathroom. Three twin rooms [one decorated in a Mickey
mouse theme] share the third bathroom. A sofa bed
is located in both the lounge and family room and
there are three cribs for babies. The villa sleeps
up to 12.

Pool - The 15x30 ft pool is south
facing and can be heated in the cooler winter months.
The deck area is an extended size to allow for lots
of room for playing and sunbathing. The patio dining
area is placed under the lanai so it is possible
to sit out of the sun when required. A gas BBQ is
provided for guests use.

All towels, pool towels and 2
sets of bed linen for each bed are provided.

The door works on a keypad system
so there is no awkward key pick up on arrival. A
very small family run company who are on call 24/7
in case of emergency, lovingly cares for Killdara.
